Everyone outside EU can order tax free. If you live in the EU and want to order tax free you must have a TAX number. On the order form you can tick the option of ordering tax free.

If you live in the EU and do not have a TAX number you pay the price including TAX, which means that you do not have to pay TAX again in your own home country.
The invoice you get with the product shows you’ve already paid TAX over the product.
