Are the products new and unused?

All our products are new and unused.
The product comes from an official dealer. This means that the product you buy is the same as the product in the store.

Do the products come with warranty?

All Bang & Olufsen equipment comes with two years international warranty valid with every official dealer in the world.

Do I buy the goods from ECT/Audioscout?

No, you buy the equipment from an official B&O supplier, through us. We are intermediates, agents, helping you to finding the best deal. We use the right a EU citizen has to source all over Europe, not only in his own area.

Which products are available?

The products that are featured in this site are not the only ones that we can supply. It is always possible to fax, call or e-mail us. Practically all products that are featured in the official catalogues are available. (Also see payment and delivery.)
